Second brick find of the day at Siding Lane, Rainford. Located a Rainford half bat brick in the footpath. Had to wash it down on location and this has given the photograph a different quality of wet earth around it. Stumbled across two more half bats in the path. All left in the footpath for other walkers to enjoy the heritage of the former Rainford Colliery. Good find as I am now moving to a more diverse walking locations.
