Located at the Veola recycling site and that was the old Fives football building on Ravenhead Road. Some repair work is in process and these London Brick Company Phorpres bricks were piled below scaffolding. This evening walk turned out to be a benefit for brick hunting as the bricks I could see were in very good condition. The site itself in the past was very close to the old railway lines from Alexandra Colliery and the Greengage Brickworks. There was an old reservoir on this area back in 1906.
