West and East Midlands Bricks.
Gibbons( Dudley) LTD. W Aluminous
This brick has limited information regarding the brick mark but I have identified it after research as being a Gibbons( Dudley) LTD. W Aluminous. The W on the brick I believe could stand for Waddams Pool (brickworks location around 1896) as later the brickworks location changed to Gibbons (Dudley) Ltd, Dibdale Works, Dudley.
This refectory brick was found close to the old Sutton Brickworks site Jackson Street (Parr Side).
