Lancashire Bricks.
Black Hill Brick.
This Black Hill brick was made in Entwistle near Bolton. The brick was photographed at Greenbank on the land cleared at the back of the Phoenix Inn. Bold Street. The area cleared was wooded and the brickwork demolished was part of the bear garden area.
